Shipping & Delivery Policy – Joynbloom
Joynbloom shall endeavour to deliver the products to the recipient as per the delivery option selected by the User while placing the order. Delivery timelines are subject to the location provided for delivery.
For customer convenience, Joynbloom offers two delivery options: Fixed Time Delivery and Free Delivery. A nominal charge applies for Fixed Time Delivery, which will be displayed on the website at the time of selecting the delivery slot.
While we strive to deliver your order as per the selected time slot, deliveries are subject to factors beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdowns, traffic restrictions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you via email or SMS. Please check your messages regularly for updates.
General Delivery Guidelines

Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage.

Delivery cannot be redirected to another address once the order is dispatched.

During festivals or special occasions, we recommend placing your order at least 5 (five) days in advance.

Hand-delivered products and courier products may arrive separately and at different times or dates.
Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Timings (IST)

Standard Delivery: Order before 6:00 PM (Monday – Sunday)

Fixed Time Delivery: Order before 6:30 PM (Monday – Sunday)

Midnight Delivery: Order before 7:00 PM (Monday – Sunday)
Requested delivery times and dates are non-binding. Estimated delivery depends on product availability and destination.
Delivery timelines may be impacted due to Force Majeure Events.
Perishable Items (Cakes, Flowers, etc.)
For perishable items, only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will still be considered executed and no re-delivery or refund will be provided.
Orders will be deemed delivered in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping/delivery address

Recipient not available

Premises locked

Recipient refuses to accept delivery
If the recipient is unavailable, they may instruct the delivery partner to leave the order at the gate, reception, or with a neighbour.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the order will not be considered late. No refunds, cancellations, or liabilities will apply in such cases. We may attempt to:

Call the recipient to schedule delivery

Leave a note requesting contact

Leave the order in a secure location (porch/garage/entrance)

Leave the order with a neighbour and inform the recipient
Midnight Deliveries
Midnight deliveries will be made between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM on the selected date.
Note: Please select the delivery date one day prior to the occasion date.
Fixed Time Deliveries
We strive to deliver within the selected time slot. However, delivery may occur within a variation of ±30 minutes of the chosen time.
Courier Product Deliveries
In case products are shipped through third-party courier agencies, Joynbloom does not guarantee exact delivery times. Deliveries are subject to the courier partner’s terms and conditions.

Courier deliveries are non-binding and depend on availability and destination.

Courier deliveries are not executed on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Courier partners generally do not call before delivery.

Delivery cannot be redirected once shipped.
You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
If the recipient is unavailable, courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to origin. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, the order will be deemed delivered and no refund will be issued.

Deliveries will follow hospital policies. ICU patients may not be allowed to receive flowers.

If the recipient has not checked in or has checked out, the order will be left at reception and considered delivered. No refund will apply.
Wedding Halls / Marriage Venues
If delivery to the bride/groom is not possible, the order will be delivered to a family member or alternate contact provided by you.
Hostels / PG / Cantonment / Enclosed Premises

Recipient must collect the order at the gate or arrange handover via security/reception. The order will be considered executed upon handover.
Remote Locations
Deliveries are available only in cities listed in our serviceable database. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed for remote locations.
Flowers, cakes, plants, and other perishable items are sourced locally and may not be available in certain remote areas.
No deliveries will be made on National Holidays. Orders may be rescheduled due to floods, heavy rains, bandh, elections, curfews, traffic restrictions, festivals, or other impediments. Joynbloom reserves the right to reschedule deliveries accordingly.

Deemed Delivery
Under any delivery category, Joynbloom will attempt delivery once. If delivery fails due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
The order will be deemed delivered. No cancellation, refund, or modification requests will be entertained in such cases.
To maintain surprise deliveries, we avoid directly contacting recipients unless necessary. Please ensure accurate recipient details before placing the order.
Upon successful delivery, our representative may request an acknowledgment. In case of refusal, the delivery confirmation email sent by Joynbloom shall serve as sufficient proof of delivery in any dispute.
